About Us
We Are Nomu
Nomu is Japanese for "to drink", but the kitchen is where this place earns its name. Hand-folded dumplings, seven to a portion, six fillings deep. Ramen pulled to order in tonkotsu, Korean and Cantonese broths. Katsu, the way it should be done. Wok fried mains big enough to share and small plates you'll fight over.
The bar holds its own, which is just as well given what we called the place. Asian beers and speciality cocktails along with a variety of your regular premium drinks. But the food is the reason to book the table.

Our Food
Big Flavour. No Restraint.
Seven dumplings to a portion, seven fillings, three dipping sauces with proper bite. Ramen pulled to order in tonkotsu, Korean and Cantonese broths. Katsu with a proper curry sauce. Wok-fired mains that come out loud, ribs and wings glazed three ways, Korean rice rolls cut thick. Plenty here for plant eaters, too.
Order a few things, share what you can, fight over the last gyoza.
It's messy. It's addictive. It's intentional.
More than
a meal.
SUNDAY DIM SUM BRUNCH
Dim sum is meant to be a long lunch. Bamboo baskets, hot tea, the table covered in things you can't quite finish. We're doing it on Bath Street from noon every Sunday, with sake spritzes and bottomless prosecco for anyone making a proper afternoon of it.
Weekly — Every Sunday 12:00 till 15:00
Chef's Omakase Night
No menu. Full trust. The kitchen takes over. Eight courses, one sitting. Pull up a stool, hand over the evening, and let the chef show you what Nomu can do when nobody's looking at a menu. Each course is built around the best of the kitchen on the day, paced to last the night and paired with sake if you want the full ride. Limited covers. Booking essential.
Every last Thursday of the month
